Jay Barlow
Tennis Pro ~ Coach 3
Coaching has always been a big part of Jay's life, from his first job as Tennis Instructor to training players on the WTA and ATP Tour. Jay has been blessed with the opportunity to work with so many wonderful athletes and help them achieve their goals. Tennis provides Jay with an avenue to teach something he loves while helping players grow as competitors and people.
As a Tennis Pro Coach 3, Jay has over 20 years coaching experience. Jay had a strong passion for the sport as a youngster at Huntington Park Tennis Club in Hamilton, where his grandmother was one of the founding members. Jay's desire to play year round led him to the Rosedale Tennis Club where he trained for 5 seasons. Jay became the captain of the McMaster University Men's Varsity Team in Hamilton. A full time transition to coaching followed, propelling him to integral roles at several leading tennis institutions.
Jay was born and raised in Hamilton where he currently lives with his wife and two children. Jay is also a Level 2 Canada Hockey Coach. Away from coaching, Jay says that he is working towards his "Dad of the Year" title. Jay enjoys fishing and exploring the back country of Northern Ontario.

With over 15 years of coaching experience across multiple countries, Bez's philosophy encompasses the development of players of all ages and skill levels. Bez is committed to the enhancement of technical, tactical, physical and mental skills which are crucial for players to improve their fundamental and overall enjoyment of the sport. Bez's approach integrates knowledge obtained to assess performance during competitive play, with a strong emphasis on helping Juniors improve their tournament results.
Bez's journey has brought him many places around the world and provided numerous opportunities to teach the sport he loves. Bez's depth and breadth of experience, positivity, and ability to make every lesson meaningful and fun will develop your tennis game.
Outside of coaching, Bez's personal interests include swimming, snowboarding and composing music on guitar and piano.

Mark Pieczynski
Tennis Instructor
Mark was introduced to tennis as a young child and was soon invited into Tennis Canada's National Junior Training Program. As a Junior, Mark reached an impressive ranking of #2 in Ontario. Mark's rapid tennis development led to Doubles competitions where he excelled. Mark achieved an impressive National Doubles title and two Provincial Doubles titles. Now with 8 years of Coaching experience and first hand knowledge of competing under pressure, Mark brings invaluable insight to all tennis students and players to master the demands of the sport.
Mark's background allows him to expertly guide players in match preparation, adaptability and mental stamina, regardless of whether they are a competitive player wanting to achieve tournament results or a causal player interested in developing confidence and tennis skills. Mark's boundless energy, positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm will make your lesson an uplifting and dynamic experience.
